• Birth details — date, time, and place of birth that you (and anyone whose profile you add) provide, used solely to compute charts and generate guidance.
• Payment information — processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
• Usage data — interactions, device/browser information, and analytics events used to operate and improve the Service.

How we use your information

To generate your birth chart and personalized guidance; to process payments and credits; to provide support; to maintain security and prevent abuse; and to improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

To produce interpretations, relevant chart data and your questions are sent to third-party AI/large-language-model providers acting as our processors. We share only what is needed to generate a response.

Sharing with service providers

We share limited data with vendors who help us run the Service — astrological computation, AI interpretation, payments, authentication, hosting, and analytics — under agreements that restrict their use of your data. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data retention

We retain your account and birth-chart data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. You may request deletion (see below).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children.
