This policy explains refunds and cancellations for purchases made on Sambandh.
Digital credits
Purchases on Sambandh are digital message credits delivered to your account instantly. Because they are digital goods that are consumed on use, credits are non-refundable once they have been used.
Failed or duplicate transactions
If your payment was debited but credits were not added, or you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with your order details. Verified failed or duplicate charges are refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
Unused credits
Requests regarding unused credits are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Where a refund is approved, only the unused portion is eligible.
Cancellation
Sambandh sells one-time credit packs, not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You can simply stop purchasing credits at any time.
How to request a refund
Email us from your registered email with your order ID and a short description. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
