The Service
Sambandh provides AI-assisted guidance based on Vedic astrology. It is intended for personal guidance and reflection and is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise). See our Disclaimer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure.
Credits, pricing & payments
The Service uses message credits. Some credits may be granted free; additional credits are purchasable in packs. Prices are shown at checkout in INR and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Credits are digital goods — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or abuse it, create multiple accounts to evade limits, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Service, its content, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Guidance generated for you is for your personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Astrological interpretations are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete; we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the guidance provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
